Our Story
Gordo Hibachi was created by Los Angeles Native, Cristian Barajas. Cristian has worked in the LA food scene for over 5 years now, beginning his career with a seafood company, Mariscos El Gordo. Now, with the rise of food trucks in LA and his love of trying new things, he created Gordo Hibachi! Great fresh ingredients, delicious sauces and always more than enough food!
The Gordo Hibachi Truck can be found on the streets of Los Angeles. Currently, we can be found Tuesday - Sunday at 4925 Navarro Street, Los Angeles, CA 90032.
